I graduated from Curtin University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy). During my studies, I worked as a support worker and mentor for people of all ages and abilities. I discovered a passion for working with people and helping them to achieve their goals and to a better quality of life. Since completing my studies I have worked in numerous settings as an Occupational Therapist including paediatrics and aged care where services were delivered at homes, schools or residential aged care facilities. I have thoroughly enjoyed working at both ends of the age spectrum in Perth.
I am passionate about providing client centred therapy by working closely with the individual and their families to create functional and tailored goals. I value approaching intervention in a holistic, creative and personal way, where I can genuinely connect with my clients during therapy. I also have a keen interest in home care and working with clients to maintain their quality of life and safety at home.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I often spend a weekend engrossed in watching or playing a variety of sports. I love going to the gym, reading and playing board games socially.
